A promise is a declaration. It’s an assurance that you will do what you say you will. And unfortunately to some it doesn’t mean as much as it used to...as much as it should.

As part of our commitment to excellence we’re making a promise to each and every one of our stakeholders. If we’re lucky enough to count you as one of our clients, residents, associates or suppliers, we intend to treat you like a valued member of our family. And with that in mind, we issue a set of PROMISES…to each of you.

More importantly, we invite you to hold us to them if you ever find that we’re not living up to the letter and spirit of our PROMISE – call us on it. We want to be held accountable.

  • We PROMISE to be friendly at all times...in ALL interactions. Ever talk to a customer service rep that doesn’t seem to like people? We have too…and we don’t like it. People are our business, and we remind ourselves of that fact every day.
  • We PROMISE to listen. If you have a problem, an issue, a complaint…or just need to vent, we’re here to listen. Your problems are our problems…and we’re here to help fix them. But we can’t do that if we don’t LISTEN first.
  • As much as it relies on us, we PROMISE to always do the right thing. We don’t want to work for a company that doesn’t do the right thing. There just doesn’t seem to be enough talented individuals out there, and it can take a lot of effort and work to find them.   • We PROMISE to remain a boutique management company. We didn’t start this business to be big…we want to be great. We can’t do it if we have 180,000 units to manage across the continental United States. We can only do it if we stick to our strategy.
