PORTICO PROPERTY MANAGEMENT PRESENTS…

John Tavasci Sr. didn’t go to college… but he never stopped dreaming about it.
He was an immigrant farmer, bus driver, business owner and had enough charm to light up a city block. But he always wished he’d have found a way to pursue higher education. Since he couldn’t, he made sure his grandkids did. And one of those (miraculously) was Darren Williams, who is now the President of Portico Property Management.

Portico will continue to honor that passion for education by establishing a new scholarship program in John’s memory. This year it will be awarded to two individuals that either work at Portico or are immediate family members. May his legacy forever live on…and spark new and exciting paths forward.
