We don't want to be big, we don't want 200,000 units, we don't want to be in all 50 states. We want to be a great company, not a big company...and we don't think you can be both. You have to choose. We're committed to staying local and small so that we can actually be involved with each and every property. Think a company with over 100,000 units can say that?

Today, Portico manages approximately 10,000 units across 40 properties with focused expansion in the metropolitan areas of Houston, Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, Denver and the greater Southwest.
